Noel Gallagher's Attacker New Court Date

December 4th has been set as the preliminary hearing court date for Daniel Sullivan, the 47-year-old Pickering man charged in the assault on Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher during the Virgin Festival in Toronto, Canada last September.
