Is Noel Gallagher's New Album Finished?

It's been reported by a Japanese music website ro69.jp that Noel Gallagher has finished recording his new album in New York last week.

Speaking earlier this year Mark Coyle said that the album has the spirit of Oasis's debut, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. "The new record will be seismic," he said.

"It's so explosive that, on the day it comes out, Virgin Trains won't be able to cope with all the people trying to flee the chaos."
